VOLUNTEER
Merchandise Volunteers
As a Merchandise Volunteer your duties will include: customer service/sales, counting inventory, handling cash/credit cards, and keeping merchandise organized. You will assist attendees with their purchases. Requirements: be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time. Volunteers should also be comfortable counting & handling money. Merchandise volunteers should plan to stay at least an hour after the show ends to help take inventory and pack up the merchandise.

Show Volunteer

Volunteers will support front-of-house operations in roles such as merchandise sales, concessions, ticket taking, ushering, or box office. You’ll be placed into a role upon arrival based on event needs. Tasks may include welcoming guests, handling cash/credit cards, assisting with purchases, managing inventory, and helping attendees find their seats. Volunteers should be friendly, reliable, comfortable on their feet, and willing to stay after the show for cleanup if assigned to merchandise. AGE REQUIREMENTS: 16+ (14-15 with an adult)

Load In / Out Volunteers
As a Load In/Load Out volunteer, there are two shifts to your day. You will arrive at the venue in the morning to help load in staging, gear, and lights! You will return in the evening to help with load out. Must be able to lift 50 lbs over your head, and must arrive in closed-toed shoes.
