BEHIND THE SCENES TOUR
Whether it’s backstage, on-stage, the tour bus, or even a glimpse into an artist’s wardrobe of stage clothes, fans love to see what it takes to make a show happen! Wrap the VIP experience with a chance for fans to take a photo on stage or conclude with a private meet & greet with the artist.
MUSICIANS EXPERIENCE
Each VIP receives a pack & pair of IME, as well as a reserved seat right near FOH, enabling fans to listen in to everything the artist & band hear throughout the entire show. This is the ultimate learning experience for any worship leader or aspiring musician and the most immersive experience for an ultra-super fan.
LOUNGE
Create a branded setting where fans munch on light snacks while they enjoy an intimate experience, tailor-selected by the talent. From a private, acoustic performance to a make-and-take merchandise item or even a dance battle, fans experience the unique opportunity to ‘rub shoulders with’ the talent prior to the show.

JEREMY CAMP, SPRING 2022
This experience was created to immerse fans into Jeremy’s recent project release: the “I Still Believe” movie. Fans received a VIP laminate, a movie poster, and branded snack pack, which they enjoyed while watching clips of the movie and hearing stories from Jeremy! A select group concluded their experience with a photo opportunity with Jeremy.
The value to this experience was the ‘extras’ incorporated throughout the experience. Fans heard stories and were given items that no one who watched that movie were given, including an opportunity to ask question directly to Jeremy, himself.

Utilizing state-of-the-art 360-degree photo technology, fans were given the opportunity to not only stand front & centerstage but also captured the moment forever in digital format, which was immediately sent to the fan.
Fans got the best seats, early access, a pre-show photo on-stage, an intimate on-stage experience with the artists, special gifts, and a souvenir laminate and lanyard. VIPs could also shop for exclusive merchandise before the show and had a hassle-free check-in process with an on-site host. It was a unique and unforgettable concert experience.

LIVE IN CONCERT TOUR, SUMMER 2021
The top tier ticket buyers received exclusive access to the lounge experience where fans enjoyed a generous charcuterie spread and beverages before the show and could capture the memory of the evening with the digital photobooth. Artists on the tour even stopped by to say hello, pray with the group, and play a song or two.
This experience truly creates a full evening experience: taking care of the fan’s food needs, as well as giving them an opportunity to interact with the talent in a more intimate way, outside of the concert.

In conjunction with select crew members, the VIP host took fans on a tour of the stage areas, giving fans a chance to see things up-close and ask questions to those involved in the show. The tour concluded at FOH where fans were given a set of IEM (sponsored by 64 Audio) and a pack in order to listen to the show, just like the band!
Fans truly feel immersed in this experience because the artist’s crew embraced it – they not only answered their questions prior to the show, but they used the talkback throughout to really explain to fans what was happening & why.
